Regulatory body: ARMP (regulator) & DGCMP (control)
Public procurement in Guinea is governed by the Public Procurement Code. ARMP (the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) handles regulation, DGCMP (the General Directorate for Public Procurement Control) handles control, and each contracting authority runs its own procurement through its PRMP.
How SangoBids collects tenders
Guinean notices are published on several official sites: TELEMO (telemo.gov.gn), the national portal now being rolled out, the DGCMP (dgcmp.gov.gn) and the ARMP (armpguinee.org). SangoBids collects TELEMO, the JAO tender journal (jaoguinee.com) and the World Bank Procurement Notices API, which covers Guinean contracts that are financed or co-financed.
